Shahid Kapur is keeping his friends at bay since his return from abroad. But he did meet Kareena on the sets of their film.

All eyes were on Shahid and Kareena recently, as they were to shoot together - maybe for the last time. This was the first time the couple came face-to-face after their reported split and Kareena’s alleged fling with Saif.
Shahid shot with Kareena for a patchwork shoot in Mumbai for Jab We Met for the first time after their reported split. To avoid complications, the makers planned the schedule in such a way that both were present together on the sets for least possible time,” a source says.
“Shahid came in early to film his solo portions. By noon, Kareena arrived and her shots with Shahid were completed immediately. They were cordial with each other but Shahid left the moment the shoot was over,” says the source.
A close pal of Shahid says, After Shahid landed, he has kept his own company. He did not even go to meet his dad, actor Pankaj Kapur, who stays nearby, or his mother, Neelima Azim. When we tried to contact him, he did not take our calls. Later, Shahid sent us an SMS saying just three words - ‘Not now, later’.

Shahid also seems to be avoiding all socialising just now. After landing in Mumbai after a month-and-a-half long shooting schedule in Canada, Shahid didn’t meet up with his family and friends.
